Troubleshooting

Start with the symptom and check safe signals before repeating a run or creating another external object.

Symptom	What to check	Safe action
A source does not synchronize	Connection status and the latest run in Activity	Retry synchronization once after fixing the access error
A proposal does not appear	The meeting/action item exists in Knowledge and the skill completed	Clarify the source action item and wait for the next processing run
Permission is denied	The active project and your role	Contact a project administrator
A ticket is not created	Approval result, external tracker, and Activity	Find any ticket that may already exist before approving again
A merge request is not linked	The ticket contains the expected link and VCS data has refreshed	Refresh the VCS connection and inspect the related context
Data is stale	The most recent successful synchronization	Check credentials and scope, then run one controlled sync

When the problem involves an external service, send the administrator the error time, project name, connection type, and a link to the run in Activity. Never send tokens or secrets.
