Organization	A group of projects belonging to one customer organization
Project	An isolated area for data, members, and connections
Connector	A configured connection to an external source or action system
Skill	An automated or manual AI workflow that produces a result or proposal
Approval	A controlled proposal to perform an action in an external system
Action item	A specific action with an expected owner and outcome
Decision	A recorded decision with its source context
Closed loop	A traceable chain from a decision or action item to completed external work
Knowledge	Project data and its relationships to original sources
Graph Health	Measures of project data completeness, connectivity, and freshness
Ticket coverage	The share of action items targeted by a ticket or PR/MR through a resolves relationship
Source context	The original meeting, ticket, discussion, or document that explains a result
Write-back	Creating or updating an object in an external system through Threadory

Do not use internal identifiers, table names, storage names, or workflow names in user documentation or the regular interface. Diagnostic terms of this kind belong in the protected Operator Runbook.
